This type of training sword (called Suburi Bokken or Suburito) is more massive than normal Bokken and is specially designed for strengthening exercises. The bokken weighs approx. 870 grams and has a total length of 106 cm.<\/p>\n
It is a high-quality product made of red oak from the forests of Hokkaido. Ideal for build-up training.<\/p>\n
