Our sageo is of a special quality. It is made from a robust synthetic fibre that is durable and looks similar to the much more expensive silk sageo. Due to the dense weave, the sageo drapes very well. This makes it easier to avoid unpleasant complications or tangles during training, examinations or demonstrations. Length approx. 7 shaku (220cm), width approx. 1.4 cm.
This sageo is the standard for Iaido training. You can obtain many colours from us. A change of sageo is necessary from time to time and a new colour always brings the possibility to change the whole look of the sword.
This product originates from Japan. As there must be a contact person within the EU for safety issues under current EU law, we offer it under our EU brand in order to fulfil the requirements. To this end, it is produced specifically for us in Japan and appropriate conditions are created so that we can offer it on the EU market in compliance with the law.
