Shigeuchi Sageo - What characterises our offer
The ribbons are made from a synthetic fibre that is robust and hard-wearing. They have a smooth surface, which means they fall well and do not hinder the execution of techniques. Visually, the material has a better radiance than other examples made of fabric and is reminiscent, for example, of the outstanding look of Tsuka Ito in silk.
With a length of approx. 220 cm, these are Sageo also suitable for longer swords and for most styles.
Thanks to the braided structure, colour combinations are also possible at no extra charge in addition to the single-colour versions.

Longevity due to good bonding
How the straps are bound at the end is also important for their longevity. Particularly cheap alternatives from other countries often have a weak binding that loosens over time and the strap comes undone.
