Product description:
Koiguchi Kun made of leather, made in Japan.
This disc is placed between saya and tsuba (and seppa). This prevents the scabbard from slipping completely onto the habaki and there is always some room for manoeuvre. Many people are probably familiar with this protective mechanism from the paper discs that are used as standard with most Japanese iaito for transport to the buyer.
This protective mechanism also works with this leather disc, but the material is more durable and more attractive than paper.
This accessory significantly extends the service life of the sword sheath and is highly recommended, especially for high-quality saya!
Diameter: 7cm, the habaki cut-out fits the standard habaki dimensions of Japanese iaito.
